Alexander Roman wants nothing to do with the controlling rulers of his vampire breed, but as a new threat to the pureblood vampires emerges, Alexander’s ties to the past are forced upon him and, without warning, he finds himself disorientated, terrified and near death at the door of a stranger.
Dr Sara Donohue is dedicated to removing the traumatic memories of her patients—like those of the stranger at her front door. But what he tells her of his past is too astonishing to be anything more than the delusions of a madman.
Then, as their worlds collide, Sara and Alexander are bound, as one becomes hunter and the other pray. And Sara’s only chance of survival is to surrender to the final—and most unimaginable—desire of her life.

I’m not gonna lie, it would have helped having a glossary at the beginning of the book to be able to keep up with vampires terms at best. However, Laura Wright has such a great writing style that after a while I was following everything properly, and I found myself dreaming about this charming dark world she created. Perhaps something was a bit predictable, but I got totally captivated by the whole story, its gorgeous characters and the so-hot Alexander/Sara interactions.

Oh, Brothers . . . Alexander, the eldest with a hunger that makes you literally shiver with pleasure. Nicholas, the middle one, the composed brother who clearly makes an effort to appear so. And Lucian, the ‘little’ brother with a strong bad-ass attitude and I’m afraid the one who captivated me the most. Three brothers so different but with the same devotion to each other, how can you possibly resist them?

Dark, sexy and entertaining, Eternal Hunger is an amazing first instalment of a series I already know is going to be a fave of mine, and one I’d recommend especially to the Demonica series and Black Dagger Brotherhood fans!
