Teaser Tuesday (#20)

Posted November 5, 2013 by Silvia in Uncategorized / 22 Comments

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme hosted by MizB @ Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along!

– Grab your current read
– Open to a random page
– Share 2 “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
– BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
– Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

“Men in romance novels always have perfect bodies. Big broad shoulders with sexy definition, flat, hard stomach, those good veins in the forearms…” As she dragged his shirt off him, she touched every inch of his chest – his shoulders, his stomach, his forearms.

What do you think?
Leave a comment with a link to your TT so I can stop by and be teased by them all! 😉

Hmmm…does she have one of those romance hunks in her presence? 😛 Great teaser! Thanks for sharing & stopping by!

  2. I came over here feeling sad for missing this weeks TT! I've been swamped with so much book stuff I can't even begin to tell ya! But I thought I'd have a nosey anyway and yay I'm glad I did.. This little teaser just perked me up!! I'm going to make a note of this book because I need to know if his body does live up to those in said romance novels… Hey thanks for joining the blog tour! I'm so glad someone else is doing that for me! Or I think I'd jump off a mountain! Lol

  3. Considering your imminent debut, I think it's pretty safe to say that you're perfectly excused for skipping anything else non-related to that, this month! 😉 Anyway, I'm glad you found the time to stop by, you know I'm always happy to see you here and to discuss books with you! 🙂 "The Prince" is the third instalment in one of the most powerful, beautiful, dark Contemporary Erotica series I've ever read. I can't express how much I love it and the author writing style enough. Amazing! And lol, I suppose I hit the right spot since everybody wants to know about that body romance-novel-style now, haha!
About the tour, of course I joined! How could I not take part of your first moment of celebrity? ;P And I know what you mean, but being a book tour organizer is part of my job, so I'm kinda safe, no jumping off a mountain but boy the stress!

  4. To be honest, I wanted to start reading it right away (that means yesterday), but there's a book that is going to be released next week and I want to give it priority, since it's from another series I really love and this is its conclusion. But I definitely think I won't be able to hold on after this because I desperately NEED to know what the heck is going to happen!!

  5. Lol yes exactly! That stress I can do without.. I have enough with everything else. Oooh well you just know I'm going to have to add these to my list now don't ya! That's if I ever get time to read properly again.. Like really read, you know what I mean…picking up a book and not putting it down until it's finished kind of reading! I miss that right now lol..
Btw.. Did you get to read any of the Order of a The Black Swan books yet? I'm on the blog tour for the next one. Soooo excited for it.

  6. Nope 🙁 I'm afraid I had to put it on hold, my schedule is very tight at the moment… Thankfully, such busy schedule includes the next instalment of the series I shared, so I may tease you with The Original Sinners a bit more soon… Just saying! 😉
