Here’s what inspires me this week . . .

(DYI Ombre Easter Eggs)

How many of you make Easter crafts? Do you decorate your eggs? I used to have a pleasant, colourful Easter breakfast with my family every year—yes, decorated eggs were always on the table—but since I moved to another Country I haven’t had the chance to do that, and to be honest I lost a bit of enthusiasm. Don’t get it wrong, I still celebrate, it’s just not that big of a deal anymore.

The other day I was pinning here and there when the image on the right popped on my screen. It caught my attention because of its simplicity and loveliness altogether and, what do you know, it kinda made me want to bring the tradition back. The power of Pinterest, huh? 😉

Decorators and non decorators,
I wish you all HAPPY EASTER!!!! 🙂

What do you think? And what inspires you?

That is so neat, Silvia. I don't decorate eggs anymore but this kinda makes me want to. 🙂

  3. Awesome!! I think family inspires Easter a lot. We used to do the egg thing when I was younger and not it is sort of not that important but I am sure it will be again when I have my own family one day! I haven't ever really done the painting egg thing but I am sure that could be fun!

  4. Love the ombre idea! It looks great! I've never actually done the whole Easter thing before because it isn't really a big thing in Malaysia. I should've done something when I was in Canada, but it's so much more fun when you do it with kids, don't you think. I'll get involved somehow when I go back to Canada. =)
