Daniella Fosbrook can’t believe she’s dating a smoking hot rock star, now all she has to do is hold onto him.
Bad boy rockers, Black Halo, have reunited and have hit the road. Dani Fosbrook has never experienced life on the move, now she’s squashed onto a tour bus with five horny rock stars and her lover’s ex, and there’s no room for mistakes.
If threats from jealous fans and warding off unwanted press attention isn’t difficult enough to handle, Dani has to battle her own personal insecurities. Xane says he’s committed, but with so much on offer to tempt him, can she trust he won’t stray?
When sabotage puts both the tour and everything Dani and Xane have built together under threat, either the band and their entourage come together and make the tour work, or it is time for everyone to part ways.

Who wouldn’t like to go on tour with their favourite rock band for six months? A dream come true for sure, but sometimes dreams can turn into nightmares when you least expect it . . .

I truly had a great time with every member of the band and even got curious about someone a bit more, but Dani and her insecurities really got on my nerves this time. It’s not like I couldn’t see a certain point made, but did she really had to quarrel over it so much all the time? Despite her denying the fact that some of Xane’s desires weren’t in line with hers at all, the nonsense emerged more than once and I just wanted to scream to her ‘quit it already’. Of course, there’s wondrous sex and the band was a lot of fun to read about (Oh Ash, now I do recognise you!), but this hasn’t been my fave instalment so far.

Still, I would like to give kudos to the author for the few mysterious events—sometimes turning quite scary and suspenseful—that kept me on the edge and made me wonder who was behind them all until the very end . . . Can you guess whose evil mind is at work and, most importantly, what their motives are?

  1. While this one wasn't your favorite it looks like you still had a good time with the mysterious events. Love it when you can't figure out who's behind it from the get go.

  2. I think I've read the first one in this series, Silvia 🙂 I am also planning on reading this one, and it's good to know that I shouldn't have too high expectations before I start reading 🙂
    I hope you're having a great week.

  3. I had a problem with the heroine, but I had a very good time with the band AND the mysterious events that kept happening. Those makes you wonder over more than just who's beyond them… So I'm really glad you plan on reading it, Lexxie 🙂
So far so stressful *dang*, I'm counting on the weekend to recharge!

I've been marathoning through the books, Silvia, but I had to skip this one. (Come Undone, All Night Long, and All Fired Up are what I've read) I have to say that Come Undone wasn't my fav…but it was Xane that kept me from loving it. I'm eager to read this one though to see what happens next with Xane and Dani and to see if I feel the same as you about Dani. I LOVE ASH!! Omigoodness. His and Ginny's story – I'm savoring it. 🙂
