Dark Kiss of Rapture is a prequel to Sylvia Day’s Renegade Angels series. I have to admit that I haven’t read A Touch Of Crimson, the first novel of this series, but even so I really enjoyed this novella. Most of times it’s difficult to get into a book when it’s very short, but the way I see it, sometimes you can be very pleased to see how it can be so easy to be fascinated by less pages but the right choice of words and some pretty cool scenes.

Fallen Angels have never been my faves, but if you put them as vampires, like Raze, they can damn be my cherry on top! There’s a great sensuality between Raze and Kim, but even a lovely tenderness, and it’s easy to find yourself often in a dreamless state . . .

This prequel definitely left me with a great curiosity to know more about this paranormal world full of angels, vampires and lycans!
