FairyLoot - Dark Deeds

TA-DA! Oh yes, we’re going to do this, I’m SO about to show you what’s inside this amazing box!

Wait, did someone just ask what it’s about and what exactly FairyLoot is? Oh my, please allow me to introduce this magical world to you . . . FairyLoot is a YA Book Subscription Box based in UK (but ships Internationally) focused on fantasy. Every month is different, though. In fact, themes are never the same but always enchanting, and every box is guaranteed to deliver an exciting new title with 4-6 hand selected goodies.

This month’s theme was DARK DEEDS and friends and readers of my blog are aware I can’t resist villains, so of course I had to get a box full of Evil! Honestly, it was a wise decision and you’re going to see why in 3, 2, 1 . . .

THE DARK SIDE CANDLE | Geeky Clean
Have you ever wondered what Evil smells like?” ~FairyLoot

FairyLoot - Dark Deeds: Candle

I don’t have to wonder anymore, do I? Perhaps this is not an appropriate word considering we’re talking Evil but hey, it smells GOOD!! Also, look closely at the candle and you’ll see lightsabers. I mean, lightsabers. Bloody Hell, I’ve just smelled Vader! *the moment dreams come true for a Star Wars girl*

MALFOY QUOTE COASTER | Bookotter
You must be a Weasley” ~Harry Potter

FairyLoot - Dark Deeds: Coaster

I have a confession to make, I’m not a Harry Potter fan—please, don’t curse me for that—but I recognised the quote right away and, I must say, the coaster looks really great. I have a feeling lots of people I know wouldn’t mind stopping by to have a drink at my house now, huh?

RHYSAND SOAP | Behind the Pages
To the stars who listen—and the dreams that are answered.” ~A Court of Mist and Fury

FairyLoot - Dark Deeds: Soap

Fans of Sarah J. Maas, how does jumping in the shower with the High Lord of the Night Court sound? You’re going to smell like citrus & jasmine! Although I get that my introduction to this item might have led your thoughts past the soap scent, oops . . . I tell you what, with all the dark in this box post, I’m going to make light over the fact you have the chance to grab Rhysand this soap right here. You’re welcome 😉

ANIMORPHIA COLOURING NOTEBOOK | Michael O’Mara Books
Every Evil Mastermind needs to make notes and relax (all of that scheming can be exhausting)” ~FairyLoot

FairyLoot - Dark Deeds: Colouring Notebook

Well, isn’t that right? And what better way than let your mind run wild and free in this gorgeous colouring notebook? The inside is really cool, the pages are all unique and there are intricate images to colour, something that is always quite pleasurable to me. So relaxing . . . *starts drawing skulls and plotting*

THE ASSASSIN NAIL DECALS | House of Wonderland
If you’re an assassin at heart, you can now display your evilness on your fingernails” ~FairyLoot

FairyLoot - Dark Deeds: Nail Decals

LOL FairyLoot has certainly a funny way to present their goodies, and they do deliver the most unexpected items, such as this one. I kinda feel like the kid in me wants to go out and play. WARNING: evil child is about to be unleashed and terrorise the city! *Bwahaha*

NEVERNIGHT | Jay Kristoff
Never Flinch. Never Fear. Never Forget.” ~Nevernight

FairyLoot - Dark Deeds: Book

What do you know, this month’s book was one of the titles I had my eyes on, YAY! And what’s more, the gorgeous hardback was accompanied by a signed bookplate, an art poster, a bookmark, and a letter from the author (which was precious). A few fellow bloggers were hoping I’d try Kristoff’s works, see? Never Say Never.

I’m truly happy with this box, from the way it was presented to each item I found inside!

FairyLoot - Dark Deeds: Unboxing

If you fancy giving this subscription box service a go, on September 1st you can purchase the October FairyLoot box. I’m pretty sure, like me, plenty of you aren’t indifferent to the theme: STEAMPUNK REBELLION! <3
