Thea Harrison builds an intriguing political plot and charms her readers once again with characters who make you laugh hard, make you hot a lot and, oh boy, how they get you emotional . . . I must confess that I can’t wait to put my hands on Serpent’s Kiss to see how the chemistry between the next couple is going to develop. But then, wouldn’t I have the same reaction with any other possible couple? Indeed, there is no one I’m not dying to read about!

And she has succeeded in that brilliantly! 😉 I honestly wasn't expecting to find myself so drawn into this series after reading just a few pages, but that's excactly what happened and with the very first instalment. Loved the second one and I'm definitely looking forward to the rest of the series because these creatures are really irresistible…
