Teaser Tuesday (#47)

Posted August 12, 2014 by Silvia in Uncategorized / 30 Comments

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme hosted by MizB @ Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along!

– Grab your current read
– Open to a random page
– Share 2 “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
– BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
– Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

It occurred to me that the moment in space and time before lips touch, the small exquisite sting of wanting, a bit of thirst, of yearning, was the most underrated part of kissing. There should be sonnets and epic poems written about the space before a kiss, and the thrilling rush that comes with the moment of contact.

  1. I really like the line you have chosen from the book.I don't tend to go for new adult/romance books, I don't mind a bit of romance in a book as long as it's not the main focus. But I hope you enjoy it.

  2. I found myself truly loving NA Romance novels, and so far I was lucky enough to have read all very pleasurable ones. This has been a real surprise, I really wasn't expecting to love it so much but the author has done quite a great job and her writing is amazing!

Beautiful and true! I read the first book in the series and should definitely read this.
    Thanks for sharing, Silvia!
