I was a bit torn with this read . . . While I truly enjoyed the first part of the book, I have to admit towards the end it all felt too rushed and there were a few misunderstandings that seemed a bit childish. What I really liked were the minor characters, I felt more connected to them than with the main ones, even though I did like Walker. Didi is another matter entirely . . . What she has running on with Zac is not the relationship readers are lead to believe, one moment she’s strongly against having any kid of contact with him and then, all of a sudden, she’s all quite happy to meet him. Based on her thoughts and feelings, that sudden change doesn’t make much sense and I was under the impression that from that very moment she started acting younger than she actually was.

Despite those issues, the writing wasn’t bad, I had a few laughs thanks to some great side characters and the plot was good. I just think things were predictable in the end, and with a better character development I would have probably loved this book.
